Life has had different plans in store for me so far this year! First my father entered his final health battle which concluded with his passing on March 23rd. After taking care of him his final months, I learned a few weeks after his death that I have breast cancer (Stage 0 fortunately!)and so that now has taken center stage in my life!

Before I go on to tell you why I am sharing this with you now let me assure that I am doing great! The challenges of this year have served to continue to grow me and I am grateful for all of the amazing blessings that I have been given that enable me to fully show up to them with grace, love and gratitude for it all.

So here is just one of the opportunities that has come from it all:

My work with coaches has always had to take second stage to my corporate coaching clients and has taken the form of group coachng programs. Given my need to prioritize my time first on my dad's and then and now on my health, rather than launch a new 12-month group program with monthly fixed events, what I did instead launched a new program two months ago to provide one-on-one support to coaches seeking to grow their coaching businesses with executive, leader and professional coaching.

It's my Business Building Mentor / Coach program! And we are having a blast! For as low as $99 per month, I personally mentor coaches one-on-one to build the business that they both deserve and love! This structure not only provides individual focus to the coaches at a greatly reduced coaching rate, but it enables me to schedule these mentoring / coaching sessions around my needs at this time.
